The hotel management, received a fax of confirmation and a deposit of 30% of the total amount, will confirm by return e-mail, fax or mail your reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the account balance. The full board starts with dinner on day of arrival, half board with dinner, and both end with breakfast on departure day. The reservation of the full board or half board will not reimburse for any meals not taken. The cancellation or annulment of a reservation will result in the refund of the deposit according to the following percentages:
